Returns & Refunds

14-day returns
If you are in the EU, or anywhere we ship, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. No reason needed. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
How to start a return
Email support@aftertouge.com with the subject "Return request". Include your order number and the email you used at checkout. We reply within 48 hours with the return address and instructions.
You pay return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, since the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds
You get a full refund, including the cheapest standard outbound shipping you paid, within 14 days of us receiving the items back or seeing proof of return shipment. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Damaged, wrong or misprinted items
Got something damaged, wrong or misprinted? Contact us within 14 days with photos. We replace it free of charge or refund you in full. Your EU legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) is unaffected.
Model withdrawal form
You can use this form to withdraw, but you do not have to. A plain email works just as well.
