How long does shipping take?
Every piece is printed to order, so allow 2 to 4 business days of processing first. After dispatch: Greece 2 to 5 business days, rest of EU 5 to 10, rest of world 7 to 14. Full details on our Shipping page.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is €4.00 flat, worldwide. It is free on orders over €80. Express is €9.00.
What size should I get?
Our cut is oversized. If you want a true-to-size fit, size down. Check the Size Guide for exact chest and length measurements in cm.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return your order, no reason needed. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. See Returns & Refunds for how it works.
How does Buy 2 Get 1 Free work?
Add any 3 eligible items to your cart. The cheapest one is free at checkout. The discount is applied automatically, no code needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments run through Stripe secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking email the moment your order ships. Check spam if you cannot find it. More on the Track Order page.
How do the prints hold up?
We use DTF and DTG printing on heavyweight blanks. To keep prints sharp, wash inside-out on cold, then hang dry or tumble dry low.
Where are you based?
Greece. Everything is printed in-house and ships worldwide with tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@aftertouge.com within 12 hours of ordering, before your order enters the print queue. After that it is already in production.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide from Greece. EU orders arrive fastest, roughly 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Rest of world is roughly 7 to 14. Exact options and costs show at checkout. See our Shipping page for details.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Orders inside the EU have no extra customs charges. Orders outside the EU may have import duties or taxes set by your country, paid by you on delivery. We cannot calculate these in advance.
What are the hoodies and tees made of?
Heavyweight 100% cotton. Tees are washed cotton around 150 to 200 GSM. Hoodies are brushed fleece around 240 GSM and up. The fit is oversized unisex, so size down for true to size. Check the Size Guide for measurements.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, within 14 days. Email support@aftertouge.com with your order number and the size you want. You cover the return shipping, and we send the new size once the original is on its way back. See Returns & Refunds for how it works.
How should I wash the print?
Turn the garment inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print. This keeps DTF and DTG prints sharp for years.
