1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of the AFTERTOUGE website and store. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Store, products, and pricing
We produce small-batch apparel. Availability can change quickly. Prices are shown in your selected currency for convenience; charges are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If applicable, VAT and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are accepted when payment is confirmed by our payment processor. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or fails fraud checks. We never store full card details on our servers.
4. Shipping
We ship from Greece to the EU and beyond using trusted carriers. Delivery estimates are guidelines, not guarantees. Customs or import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility. Tracking is provided whenever available.
5. Returns
We do not accept returns. Please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. For our full policy, see Returns.
6. Product colors and sizing
Colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration and print method. Sizing charts are approximate; small variations can occur across blanks and batches.
7. Use of the site
Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt services, scrape private data, or infringe intellectual property. We may suspend access if we detect abuse or security issues.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the site—branding, graphics, text, product images, code, and designs—is owned by AFTERTOUGE or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. User content
If you share reviews, images, or other materials, you confirm you have the right to share them and grant us a non-exclusive license to display and share them in connection with the store and our social channels. Do not submit unlawful or infringing content.
10. Affiliates and referrals
Affiliates must follow the program rules provided at signup. We may revoke, suspend, or adjust payouts for suspected fraud, misleading promotions, or policy violations. Analytics shown in dashboards are informational; final validations are performed against our order records.
11. Promotions and discount codes
Promo codes are time-limited and may not be combined unless stated. If an order using a code is refunded or cancelled, the code may not be reissued.
12. Warranty and remedies
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within a reasonable time with photos and order details. We’ll review and offer an appropriate remedy according to applicable law and our policies.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues beyond our reasonable control (carrier delays, customs holds, third-party outages). Nothing here limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable EU consumer protection law. Courts of Greece shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where you reside.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or policies. If significant changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page.
