Returns Policy

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for sizing issues. Each item is produced in small batches and quality checked before it leaves our studio.

Wrong or damaged item

If an item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and resolve this with a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Lost shipments

If your order appears lost in transit, reach out to us and we will work with the carrier. Resolution can include a replacement or a refund depending on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.

Please check the size guide on each product page before purchasing. If you need help choosing, message us prior to placing your order.

This policy does not affect your legal rights under applicable consumer law.
